Dilation Information
Some testing appointments require dilation.
Dilating drops temporarily enlarge your pupils so your doctor can examine the back of your eye more thoroughly.
You may experience:
- Blurred near vision
- Increased light sensitivity
- Difficulty driving for several hours
Please ask our staff when scheduling if dilation is expected for your visit.
