Dilation Information

🔹 Some testing appointments require dilation.

Dilating drops temporarily enlarge your pupils so your doctor can examine the back of your eye more thoroughly.

You may experience:

  • Blurred near vision
  • Increased light sensitivity
  • Difficulty driving for several hours

Please ask our staff when scheduling if dilation is expected for your visit.
